Blood is Thicker: The early morning sun shone through Helena’s window, the bars creating an eerie pattern on the wall. She laid in bed trying to recall the night before, was it a dream? The door remained closed, her covers pulled up around her neck, it must’ve been a dream. Then she glanced over at the curtain separating her and Missy, she found it splattered with blood and half torn from the hooks in the ceiling.
