Isabella and Anne had been walking for ten minutes on the pavement, their feet tired and their stomachs growling. After turning the corner, they saw the neon lights of a fast food restaurant, beckoning them with promises of greasy, delicious food. “In and out?” She murmured in a question mark upon seeing the restaurant’s name. She heard Anne laughing beside her when her face turned into something funny to watch. “Yeah, that’s the name. Why? Does it bother you?” The woman asked. “Not at all. But I wonder what made the owner do that.” As they approached, they could smell the scent of fried chicken and french fries wafting out the door.
