Narrator---

It would have been much simpler if Mathew could just wake up and remember everything and then Alicia could have went back to their lives like it was before the accident three years back! But life is never so simple and then well, you won’t need me here to narrate the story to you! There won’t be any story at all to tell. So, no! When Alicia heard the curse and jumped at the shrill voice she was nervous and scared!

But her fear got worse when someone dragged her by her hair and landed such a hard slap on her face that she fell on the floor and her forehead hit the corner of the centre table and soon blood started to sip out of a deep cut on her forhead.

“You dirty s*ut! You think you can crawl into my Mathew’s life just like that?? I am the only one in his life and a mouth f*cking b*tch like you will never have any place in his life! Do you f*cking understand that???” Selina screamed!

All this while she was in her room with her maids attending to her beauty regime but then when she heard about the shooting, she finally decided to come and have a look! She was about to enter Mathew’s room when she saw a new girl bent over her Mathew’s face, kissing and whispering!

“Get the f*ck out of here and never step your foot in again!” Selina again dragged Alicia by her hair and threw her out of the room, closing the door on her face!

Alicia wiped her tears off! She was sure now, that Mathew is Damien but she wasn’t sure if he remembered his past! She never got a scope to know! Alicia helplessly walked down the stairs to the kitchen.

“Oh f*ck! You are bleeding Violet!! What happened? And what was that chaos? Has it got anything to do with you??” Mrs Cooper came and so did Tommy.

“Oh No! She is hurt! Let me take her to the doctor!” Tommy took a fresh napkin and blotted the blood on Alicia’s forehead.

“No. I am fine! I just need a band aid!” Alicia said in whisper.

“What happened?” Mrs Cooper narrowed her eyes.

“It was a lady! I was …..I was checking Master Mathew’s fever when she dragged me from the back, slapped me and then pushed me on the floor! My forehead hit the corner of the table and I got hurt! She was cursing me and asked me not to enter his …Master Mathew’s room again!” Alicia told Mrs Cooper everything while tears rolled down her cheeks. She of course skipped the part where Mathew said things which only Damien would say! Also she was not a fool to mention the kiss!

 Tears wouldn’t stop falling from her eyes, not because of the injury but because now that she was thrown out of his room, she didn’t know what to do next?

“Hmmm…It was Selina, Master Mathew’s personal s*ut! I told you remember, that she is like his mistress?” Mrs Cooper said.

Then turning towards Tommy, she instructed, “Tommy! Take her to the inventory and put a band aid. I guess I will be summoned soon!”

And just as she finished talking, Sophia came running and said, “Mrs Cooper, Selina Madam is asking for you in Master’s room.”

Mrs Cooper rolled her eyes and said briefly, “Aye!”

I followed Tommy and Mrs Cooper blinking once at me went upstairs.

Tommy led me to the inventory room and made me sit on a chair. While looking for some medicines and band aids in the cupboard, he spoke, “You know you should stay away from that w*ore! She is a heartless and selfish b*tch! I suggest, don’t ever cross path with her again! No need to take care of Master Mathew!”

I sat silently pondering on what just happened and what would I do next? Tommy now cleaned my wound with cotton and applied an ointment. He ripped the cover off the band aid and put it gently covering my wound.

“There are others who can take care of him!” He turned to throw away the bloody cotton, “I say let that Selina b*tch take care of him! I know she will give up only in a few hours! But let it be.”

I bit my lips. I can’t let anything make his health worse than it is already! I have managed to bring down his fever but if I didn’t take care of him then the fever might increase again. Tommy bent over me and said with a caring smile, “Violet! You are very kind! But people here in the castle are shrewd and cruel! Except for Mrs Cooper, She might seem rude, but my aunt has a kind heart within the tough shell! But anyways, you don’t go back there again! I will tell aunty to send someone else!”

Alicia couldn’t help but plead, “Please Tommy! Don’t do that! Master Mathew is not well and I have somehow been able to bring down his fever! I need to take care of him till he gets well! Please Tommy you have to understand that I can’t leave him to someone who won’t even care!”

Tommy didn’t speak a word. He silently stared at me for a while. His eyes fixed to mine, probably trying to understand or read something written on my face! Was my feeling that obvious? Would he be able to read what exactly was going on in my mind? I looked down, tearing the gaze.

Tommy turned away and sighed.

 “Do you….Do you like Master Mathew? Ar-Are you in love with him?” Tommy asked and I gasped in surprise! How could he possibly know? Did my face show what my heart held so secretly? He then abruptly turned towards me and said again, “If you are in love with the Master, I would say…..remove that thought from your heart! You don’t know what it may bring upon you!!”

I replied hiding my feelings, “I just care for my employer’s wellbeing Tommy! I don’t know Master Mathew well enough to fall in love with him! So, no! I don’t love him and I already have someone in my life!”

“Oh! I didn’t know that! So why are you so desperate to take care of him? You even would put yourself in danger and risk your life for him?” Tommy scoffed.

“Because I can’t stop doing good and as much as I know, you are a kind person too! Will you help me please?” I pleaded smiling.

Tommy raked his hairs and exhaled sharply, “Alright! But now, go and work in the kitchen. Let me know why aunty has been summoned!”

Selina was furious and black with jealousy! All these years, since Badshah brought Mathew to the island along with his paralysed daughter Charlotte, who was also in Coma, Mathew only was hers! Yes, he never loved her or never spent any intimate moment talking to her but still every week at least a few nights Mathew would visit Selina in the glass house and enjoy a rough s*x with her!

Already she was annoyed because she heard from Carlos that Mathew suddenly came across some girl and soon after for the first time Mathew had engaged in s*x with three more women in one night! That night Selina felt like ripping off their throats but couldn’t do anything because it was Mathew’s wish! But Mathew wasn’t satisfied with her and so even Badshah was annoyed with her performance!

“May I come in Mistress?”

Selina was pacing in Mathew’s room and she snapped her head at the door where Mrs Cooper stood with her arms crossed. Another adamant and disgusting woman who didn’t fear her! Selina rolled her eyes and sneered, “Get in already!”

“You summoned me?” Mrs Cooper asked.

“Yes. I don’t want to see that little s*ut in my Mathew’s room again!” She yelled.

“I am sorry Mistress Selina, but I think I should remind you that Master Mathew is Mistress Charlotte’s husband and only hers to claim! Or is it that because I call you Mistress, has put in this misconception in your hot head?” Mrs Cooper smirked.

Selina frowned. This woman had some nerves!

“You are just one of the many W*ores who are here to entertain the men! So try to remember this when you open your mouth before me!”

“Listen Cooper! I will take care of Mathew and no one else. Now where are the medicines?” Selina snapped.

“I see that the medicines are quite visible, openly placed on the side table! I guess you need to remove the layer of useless ambition to see! And Master Mathew is having high fever. If you want to take care of him, ensure that you give him the cold compress for a few hours! And clean him…and help him with that…” Mrs Cooper pointed at a bed pan and said, “He cannot go to the washroom himself you know!”

Selina cringed her nose and said, “Ewwww! Why do I have to take care of his other business? Send someone else for that!”

“I am sorry Selina. If you wish to take care of the Master then you have to do everything alone! No one will stay with you for even five minutes, in the same room!”

Mrs Cooper turned to leave but she added while leaving with a smirk, “Well, send Sophia to me and let me know if you think this will be a lot for you! So that, I can send someone willing to take care of the master back to this room!”
