-Megan- When I emerged from the shower, I hastily dressed in blue shorts and a black t-shirt. Upon leaving the bathroom, I spotted Nathan on the bed, a tray of food in hand. He gestured to the vacant space beside him, flashing that irresistible smile that always made my heart flutter. I regarded him with a hint of suspicion, yet inwardly, my pulse quickened, and a smile crept onto my lips. “What’s all this?” I inquired.
