Finn’s POV
I wake up and Iris is still snuggled up to me sleeping peacefully. I kiss the back of her head and breathe in her scent as I lay there for a few minutes momentarily putting off the inevitable. I have to leave her here today because today is the day I will issue my challenge to Arthur Godfrey for his title as Alpha. I slowly remove my arm from her waist and quietly get out of bed to make my way to the bathroom. I quickly shower, brush my teeth, comb my beard, and slick my hair back before heading to the closet to get dressed. After I get dressed, I sit down on the couch to put my shoes on and I hear my love start to stir. I watch as she stretches and I can see her curves through the sheet covering her body. She groans as she relaxes her body and props herself up on her elbows. S
