POV: Caden
I was mind-linked by my sister and several Zetas about Zayla. It wasn't long after my mom came rushing into my office saying Zayn was missing. I was about to leave my house to handle the situation before someone attacked my mate but Lindsey informed me Zayla was calmed down and on her way to the house. My little mate was fast because she was here in less than ten minutes. I heard her scratching at the door so I let her in. After I got Zayla in her room so she could shift back to human form and get dressed, I went down to speak with my mother. There wasn't much time to question her about Zayn.
"Uncle Caden, did you see the purple wolf?" my niece, Kenzie asks excitedly. "Yes, I did. Listen here Kenz, I need you to go in the kitchen with your mom and the other kids." I bend down
