(Elizabeth's POV) I tried that new approach and it wasn't working either, more because Alex was getting more and more reports that more kids were disappearing from packs, and more and more rouge sightings around us. They were still waiting to strike or were they waiting for more. I kept a better eye on Aaron he seemed to have stopped trying to kill Alex for now, but he still wouldn't call him dad, just Alexander. He was a calling me Mom again, but even if we shared a moment, something still felt off. The other kids seemed to be happier after their first phasing and up until now they were more that peace too. I continued to Help Beth at the small clinic, and just trying to stay busy without riling myself up so much. That's when Beth told me some good news she was pregnant, with her and Jon's first baby. I hugged her I was so happy for her, she had really settled down with Jon and I was proud of her for seeing her so happy. As I walked around our little town, I couldn't help seeing how everyone seemed to be getting along ao well, Alex liked to say it was thanks to me. Part of me feels like it was something inside everyone else trying to find their own place in the world, or wanting to be apart of something a little more. But then again it was also because they had faith in their leaders and protectors. Even if I didn't see it they had a right to have faith in us. I walked until I felt something like it was telling me to look over, when I did I caught a glimpse of Aaron's back running into the forest, that made me wonder, so I followed. But before I reached the entrance, someone grabbed my leg. "Mama, where are you going?" Asked Eden looking where I was looking. "Hey, baby, I thought I saw something." "Well, Daddy was looking for you." "Okay let's go home." "Okay!" we turned around and headed back home, and to my surprise there was Aaron talking to Tessa, but I looked back at the forest just wondering what I had just seen. "Hey, beautiful what you looking at?" "Nothing..nothing, I just miss running through the trees." "We'll be running through that forest before you know it." "Yeah, what did you need?" With that I walked back with him, suddenly getting a bad feeling. That night I woke up and heard grunts and bumping, I followed the sound and almost jumped out of my skin, when I found Aaron behind the door, he looked blank faced and looking straight forward, and once the door opened he just walked forward. Was he sleep walking? I followed him making sure he didn't get hurt. this time he walked right into the door, I remembered the bumping sound, that was the reason. I went over and opened the door again, and followed him out, he stumbled and tripped but kept walking, toward the forest. "Aaron." I grabbed his shoulder but he pulled away and kept walking. I stopped and looked back at the house. "Alex." I called through my mate bond, nothing, even then wolf sounded groggy, they were out, but I didn't dare go in the forest alone, I have no idea what was controlling Aaron. I kept pushing through the bond, calling to Alex, while still following Aaron. Until Aaron suddenly stopped in the middle of the forest. "Aaron!" I whispered harshly shaking him, he blinked and suddenly looked scared as he looked around and then right at me. "You shouldn't have followed me!" "Why..what's..."He didn't need to answer, as I heard shuffling right behind me and around us, slowly followed by a dark chuckle. I slowly turned to look at my enemy, when I looked at him he seemed so familiar, but I had no idea who he was. If he didn't have the burn marks on the one side of his face, he would be very handsome, but the scars just made him look scary as all hell. "Luna Liz, I see you got our little invitation." "Who the hell are you?" I said firmly, the smile on his face was wiped clean off, now I remembered where I'd seen him or part of him, but I didn't say anything. He jumped down from the trees where they had been hiding. They slowly started to close in on us, I looked around we where in the best place to escape, I grabbed Aaron and through him onto my back, and jumped into the trees and ran. "Idiots get her!" I jumped from tree branch from tree branch, putting a good distance between us and the rouges. That was until I felt the arrow pierce into my side, I lost my balance, if this had been a normal arrow I would've pulled it out and continued, but this was  silver, all of it was silver so I couldn't even pull it out, without hurting myself more, it would take time to heal. "Mom, get up, we've got to run!" "No, you run, get back to Alexander and tell him, I'm just going to slow you down!" "NO!, I can't leave you !" "Go! Run!" Aaron looked at me and had tears in his eyes but then turned to run. I never really knew why but silver had a stronger affect on me, it made me tired and weak, I was coughing up blood. Then I felt some rip it out of my side. "So the myths are true after all, you might be mightier but you still have little c****s in that armor." The man stood in front of me, and licked the arrow, it burned his tongue but he didn't seem to care. Then bent down to look at me, the same eyes I had seen before, lustful, power hungry, like father like son I guess. "Did Jason bring you back along with Shannon?" Again the smile was gone, he grabbed my hair, and pulled me up to my feet. "You think that's funny do you !?" I wanted to say something snarky but I kept my mouth shut, but I knew I was kind of right. Suddenly he rammed his mouth over mine, I bit down but that just seemed to encourage him more, until he pulled me away, both breathless, but I wanted to puke, this man could be my father. "i like feisty little things like you, makes it so much more fun once I brake you." He then threw me into an other man who I recognized as Eden's and Aaron's uncle. "Take her back to the hide out, we'll see what Alexander is willing to give for her safe return." As I was being dragged deeper into the forest, I used all of my remaining strength and really pushed my call out to Alex. "Alex!"I pushed through our mate bond, really making it count before I passed out. (Alexander's POV) I sat up, as the scream echoed through my head, I looked over and found the bed empty next to me. "Elizabeth?" I called through our bond, but it was dead silent. I got up and headed down stairs right as Aaron burst through the door, breathing heavy and shaking from head to foot. He looked up and suddenly seemed to lose all nerve. "Aaron, where have you been?" "I...um..." he stuttered still trying to catch his breath at the same time, but then I felt it something was wrong. I quickly got to him , picking him up , not yelling but demanded he tell me what had happened. He broke down but he told me everything, at the same time I had mind linked to Ben, Jon, Rafael and Marsha. By the time Aaron was done they knew what was going on and they were already here. Emma had come with Rafael and so had Beth. I asked Beth to stay with the kids and Emma to come relief her later, then the others followed along with an other hand full of wolves, not on guard duty. We looked high and low we went to the deepest part of the Forest, but found nothing. Until Rafael came back with an arrow with Elizabeth's blood and a note. "I have what you want, and you have what I want, meet me at Death point, if you don't show then I guess I get to have more fun with your mate." I growled at the note, in two days. Rafael was mad too. "Who is this guy?" asked Marsha taking the note from me. "I have no idea, but maybe Aaron.." "Either you get it out of him or I will, Alexander, I know he's your son, but this is my sister!" "He's kind of right Alexander, Aaron might be the only one who knows who it is." I nodded and we regrouped and headed back to the house. I asked what did we know. "NO scent, they hid everything from us, no tracks we looked up in the trees and only found a couple of hairs nothing more." I knew Beth was looking to find a way to get smell back, on the hair. But after I got all reports I went up stairs to find Aaron, Emma had told me he hasn't left his room all day.He didn't want to eat either. Even if we had made somewhat peace with each other, I still felt anger toward him, really feeling betrayed even when I wasn't sure what his role was in all of this. I got to the door and knocked, a small whimper came from inside. "Aaron, it's me, I'm coming in."I said lightly, as I walked in I heard him under the bed, he knew I'd find him but he still tried to hide. I sat down next to the bed on the floor and just gave it a second, as I looked at the wall. He looked out from under his bed and looked up at me, four years might have past but my adopted son hasn't changed. "You're mad I get why...I didn't...I didn't know they'd do that..." "Aaron." "All I knew was we...we were in the...forest" "Aaron." "She told me to run, I didn't want to leave her...." "Aaron!" He looked at me with tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry Alexander, I really am>" "Who are they Aaron, tell me who did your uncle take you to see?" Aaron's eye's went big, he was scared of the person. "I..can't...or I mean..." I grabbed him by the shoulder, he looked right at me, now really scared. "If he dies, you don't have to fear any more, I'll make sure of that." "You can't promise that." The truth I have lied not to hurt them but because they had been too young to understand, but now I have been honest. I got really close to his face looking him dead in the eye. "This time I can." He seemed to light up a little, He took a shaky breath and nodded. "Make sure you really kill him." "Done." He explained the Alpha's name was Anthony, but he was a weird one,  He was mentally unstable, talked about how he wanted to dominate the world with the wolves, and how he was obsessed with me and Elizabeth, he wanted to take Elizabeth as his own mate, and wanted me dead. "That's why, the wolves have been on edge they feel the threat on a pure blood, and those that are on our side and accepted her as a Luna, want to protect her." Said Cora, I was out in the living room telling the others, what Aaron had just told me. Cora had needed to recover the spell that had been helping her walk around in the morning had faded and now she was back to her old resting patterns, She had been "sleeping" for a couple days, but now was awake and had feed her guards from her, but now she needed to eat. We have caught her up with everything. " If it weren't for the fact we can't find them, I wouldn't wait the two days, I'd take the fight to him." "Well, it might not be a complete solution but it's a start." said Beth. "What do you got?" "I can't get the scent back on the hairs, but one of the other witches in town has a spell that can use them to lead us straight to the rouges, the problem is, she needs things, and they aren't easy to come by so it's going to take at least a day." I growled in frustration, but nodded, Beth gave me a sympathetic look, the sun was already out and I didn't want Anthony to hurt Elizabeth. "She's tougher then you think." I nodded again and she walked away. "Hang on Beautiful, I'm coming."
