Samika's POV
"I am not taking a No for an answer," Devon says as he challenges me and I roll my eyes.
"Yeah yeah. Do whatever you want to do," I say in a dismissive tone as I walk further towards the pack hospital.
Everyone bows to me but I am really not in a mood to smile or greet them back. I am just exhausted with my life at this point. Moreover I need to go home. I am not ready for that.
That place is no less than hell for me. I can stay with Brent until I know what's happening, but my dad wouldn't let me go that easily.
"Nyle?" I ask the doctor and he nods as he gestures to the room closest to us. I thank him and walk into the room.
