CH.28

Jakob’s pov

Hardin called me into his office and wanted to try and come up with a plan for this meeting with Mikael. The only thing we could come up with was more or less what the Luna had already said. Annalynn would make the meeting spot a public place out in the open and we would go hide and watch Annalynn to make sure nothing happened. I did however suggest that Annalynn turn her phone on silent and use her voice recorder to catch everything that was said as proof. Hardin said that, that was a great idea. I told him I wouldn't let Walker in on much of our plans anymore if I was him because even though he was helping us he was helping Daphanie before he came and told us the truth. Hardin said he was already on board with that and hadn’t spoken to Walker since our last meeting. Once we were done with that we headed down for dinner. When we reached the dining hall Zeke approached Hardin and I and said, "

Alpha, Beta may I speak with you for a moment?" We followed him into the kitchen and he said, "Alpha, we figured since Daphanie and Mikael are siblings and you have us watching her when she leaves and comes back you may want to know that Mikael took off through the wood not long ago." Hardin asked how he knew and he said, "Alpha when you asked us to watch Daphanie we put hidden cameras up around the pack territory so we could make sure she wasn’t coming and going any other way besides the front gate." Hardin and I both said thank you to Zeke and we headed back to our table.

When we sat down Annalynn and Aspen looked at us but Hardin shook his head. We sat there enjoying dinner when I noticed Aspen still had her ring on. I mind-linked Hardin and said hey man Aspen forgot to take off her ring. Hardin looked over at Aspen and said,

"my love" and held out his hand. She looked at him confused but put her hand in his and when he let go of her hand her ring wasn’t on her finger. She looked at him and nodded.

We went back to enjoying dinner and talking about the new construction that was going to start soon. Aspen asked if Hardin was planning on expanding the gym and he said he had thought about it and then asked what Aspen had in mind. Aspen looked at me and said, "I think Jakob should start teaching self-defense classes when he has time and a new room added to the gym would be perfect for this." I looked at Aspen and asked why she suggested me.

She said, "well Jakob, you are the head trainer for the pack and I think more women should know how to defend themselves if needed and it would also help keep them in shape. I know a lot of women struggle with their bodies and I think it would be an awesome thing to have available for our pack mommies and even women who just want to learn how to kick ass if they need to." She then said, "I would love to join the class if you taught it and I'm sure Annalynn would as well." I looked at Annalynn and she nodded.

I looked at Hardin and said what do you think man? He said, "honestly Jak, it isn't a bad idea. I think more women in our pack should learn how to defend not only themselves but their families if they ever needed to." I looked at Aspen and said I will think about it.

After dinner, I went to my room and kept thinking about what Aspen said. She is right, it would be a good thing for the women in this pack. I was sitting on my bed going over all the things Aspen and Hardin brought up when I got a text. I looked at my phone and smiled. The text said, **hey my love, hope I'm not disturbing you I just wanted to see if it would be ok to call you before bed.** I texted her back of course beautiful I would love to talk to you before bed. She sent a smiley face and a kissy face back. I sat my phone down and went to jump in the shower. I needed to relieve myself before I went insane.

Annalynn’s pov

I decided I would text Jakob to see if he was ok with me calling before bed and he said he would love to talk to me before going to bed. I laid back on my bed and smiled. I have the most perfect mate. He is tall, fit, has gorgeous brown eyes and light brown hair. I have known Jakob my whole life and I always looked at him like he was nothing but a player but since we found out we were mates, we’ve shared a room even if it was only for a night and he showed me nothing but respect and has done nothing but show me he cares when we are together. I am so happy that my mate turned out to be someone from our pack and that he happens to be someone I can trust with my life. I started thinking about our night at the resort. I'm really glad I talked to Aspen before I went back to our room because what she suggested Jakob and I do helped both of us out. I can’t wait until I get to talk to Aspen about it. It’s nice having a sister to talk to. I've always kept to myself because I don't trust any of the girls around our pack mainly because I know they would only be my friend to get close to my brother and his friends. I've always hung around my brother and his friends and now that I have a sister who is my brother’s destined mate I don't have to worry about being used. I got ready for bed and when I came back from the bathroom I saw I had a text, I got excited thinking it was from Jakob but when I checked it my mood changed, When I saw the disgusting POS’s name I opened the text and it said, **good night beautiful.** I cringed at the text and called Aspen. when she answered she asked if I was ok and I said I was but I had just gotten another text from the POS she asked what it said and I told her. I asked why won't he leave me alone until I text him back?

She said, "he may be doing it to push you into saying yes now." I told her we needed to hurry and get this meeting done because he was starting to scare me. She said, "I know Anna, he is scaring me as well but in order to catch Daphanie we have to do this and once we have her then we can go after him." I said fine and said well I'm gonna go I'm going to call Jakob in a few minutes.

She said, "I'm glad you took my advice." I said I'm glad I have you to give me advice. I told her good night and hung up.

I got in bed and called Jakob, when he answered he sounded out of breath. I asked if he was ok and he said, "yeah I'm fine I just started taking care of something." I said oh ok I'll let you go finish what you are doing he said, "no don't hang up love, I didn’t mean I was busy like that I meant in another way." I said I'm confused.

He chuckled and said, thinking about the resort busy." I said OHHH do you want me to let you go so you can finish thinking? He said, "no baby." out of nowhere I got a little courage and said why don't we think about the resort together? He said, "really?" I giggled and said if you want to we can.

I told him I had never done this on the phone before and that the resort was my first time doing that. He said, "it's ok baby. I love how pure and innocent you are. If you want I can start things and somewhat talk you through it. It won't be much different than the resort. The only differences are it's on the phone and we cant see each other." I said why can't we see each other? We are destined mates Jakob.

He said, "listen to you miss Annalynn, I can already tell I'm gonna have my hands full when you turn 18." I said you are not much older than I am, I'm 3 weeks shy of 17 and you are 19 and I only have these thoughts because I grew up around a bunch of man who*es except my brother. You lost your virginity at 17 so what's the difference?

He laughed and said, "oh so being around me and the guys turned you into this little naughty young lady?" I giggled and said I guess so. He said, "and the difference is you happen to be my best friend's little sister and I have more respect for you than to take that innocence from you. When you are of age and are ready I promise I will show you nothing but pure pleasure." I blushed and was thankful he couldn’t see my face at that moment.

We talked for a few more minutes and then I heard a change in his breathing. I sent him a picture of me smiling and when he opened it he said, "you are so beautiful my love." He sent me a picture of him smiling but I got to see more than just his face. At the angle he took the picture he was able to get his face and most of his chest. My heart started racing and I said mmm yummy and didn’t realize I said it out loud until he laughed and said,

"so I'm yummy?" I was definitely glad he couldn’t see how red I was right now. I tried to explain but I failed, he said, "it’s ok baby I thought it was cute that you said I was yummy." I smacked myself on the forehead with my phone in my hand and I accidentally took a picture of my cover. instead of deleting it, I sent it to him.

When he opened it he said, "Oh my goddess Annalynn" I asked what? And he said, "are you trying to make me explode?" I laughed and said I didn't do anything but send a picture of my cover but thanks for telling me what you are doing. He stuttered and tried to say he didn’t mean it like that but I knew better and said prove it if you aren’t.

he said, "what? How?" I said send me a picture and prove it. He said ok and sent me a picture of his chest down to his cover. He tried to hide that his member was standing up but I could see it through the cover. I giggled and said haha nice try I was right. He said, "I'm sorry but I can't help it. I'm a guy." I said it's ok who’s to say I'm not.

I heard him swallow hard and he said, "are you?" I laughed and that’s for me to know. I could hear his breathing changing and it made me feel all hot. He said, "Annalynn," and I said yes Jakob, he then said, "I love you." I said I love you too Jakob and I could hear him panting. I shyly asked if he just… and before I could finish he said, "yes I did." I told him I was going to go to bed and let him get some sleep since he had training in the morning and we hung up.
