9. Aaron: the virgin royal beta

"You f*****g Human! You are so dumb!" Knox growled in my head pacing around while giving me death glares well as far as a wolf can glare.

"Will you just stop it!" I groaned.

"Stop what? Our mate is right there, you should be talking to her, getting to know her better, not staring at your phone!! Give me control," he tried to take control but I pushed him back saying,

"I'm not making a move on her until I'm sure that she's not Sasha,"

"So then you will keep staring at your blank phone?"

I looked back at my phone and the screen was just bright and blank. I was neither playing games nor reading but just staring at it.

"Look at our mate damn it!"

He kept yelling profanities at me but I didn't budge until we got into my car and I began driving, her delicious scent all over the place filling up the car leaving no room for another scent.

I was fighting so hard just to keep myself in check and not jump her and Knox, he wasn't even making it easy for me as he keep on urging me to look at her and just talk to her and hoping we might get lucky and get a kiss or even mark her tonight.

"If you do not look at her and much less ask her name, I promise I will forcefully take control and ask her myself, Infact I will even mark her!" he sneered ready to take control.

"Don't you dare she's not ready,"

"Then talk to her!"

"Fine," I sighed briefly glancing at my mate only to find her looking at me.

She quickly averted her gaze and I could see a tint of pink, staining her pale cheeks.

"She's so pretty," Knox purred in my head adding,

"She's just a little mulnourished but if we feed her properly and spend money on her she will be perfect! Our mate is perfect,"

"She is," I nodded in agreement. Remembering how she looked while wearing my clothes.

Her pecky boobs and, the shirt might have been baggy but I saw a part of her ass and it was a great ass.

"Guess who will be moving around with a tent the whole day," Knox snickered and I shook my head dismissing the thoughts.

"Ask her her name!"

"What's your name?" I asked my mate briefly glancing at her then focusing my eyes on the road.

"Um Brooke," she softly replied in a sweet voice.

I wish I could hear that voice screaming our name tonight," Knox purred again but I ignored him, shielding my thoughts from him.

Of course I also wanted to hear her scream my name but he doesn't have to know that!

"You do realize that you can't hide your thoughts from me right? We are one!" He snickered again and I groaned.

"This is when you are asking for her name?" Ivan snickered in the back seat and I pursed my lips as William added,

"He lacks communication skills when it comes to girls, no wonder he's a virgin!"

I quickly hit the breaks the car coming to an abrupt stop anger ---- no rage ---- filling me up!

My friends were the worst? They couldn't have chosen a better time to say that? I mean surely my mate needed to know that I've never done it even though I had a mate ---- well technically she wasn't my mate just a f*****g witch ---- but yeah I was a virgin and I never slept with the fake mate because she was fifteen, and I was eighteen and in our family, if we find our mate early we are not allowed to touch them until they are at least eighteen or done with highschool to avoid them going into heat and thus disrupting their education.

Werewolves normally don't care about school but my mom is a mermaid raised by humans and my aunt the queen of werewolves is a phoenix equally raised by humans so yeah, to them school and making a name for ourselves matters more than mating and starting a family with no solid foundation.

Now back to the matter at hand,

I looked through the rear view mirror about to give them a piece of my mind but Ivan beat me to it saying,

"Damn are you trying to kill us?"

I looked at my mate and she had her hand over her chest her heart beating loudly but there was no fear in her eyes and instead was that a smirk? Wait was she happy that I've never gotten laid???

"Yes I'm killing you both!" I growled unbukcling my seat belt about to go out and give them a piece of my mind but

"You will kill us later, lets write the test first," William quickly said

I turned my head and growled at them both cracking my knuckles ready to punch them but,

"You waited for me? My mate's soft voice asked as she placed her warm soft hand on my arm, sparks erupting and like a switch of a light, all the anger in my heart wooshed away.

I let out a sigh buckling my seat belt again and starting the car her hand still on my arm,

"Of course he did," Ivan scoffed, "he might look like a f**k boy but trust me, he's a lover boy,"

"And a virgin!" william added both of them laughing again.

" We should just change his name to Aaron the virgin royal beta," Ivan equally added laughing even more.

I heard my mate let out a giggle but quickly covered it up with a cough but jsut one glance at her anyone could tell she badly wanted to laugh.

"Just laugh," I grumbled, tightly holding the steering will but making sure i wasn't using my whole strength lest I break it and kill all of us.

I heard her laugh a little and

I groaned feeling my entire face heat up.

I didn't want her to know not like this!

Plus she didn't wait for me, she didn't have to know that I waited!

"I'm sure she didn't do it willingly, maybe she was forced judging by how we found her," Knox threw in the logic, "And plus it won't matter whether she waited or not what matters is that she's with us now and we will take care of her and love her the way she deserves," he added.

I let out a sigh parking the car in the school parking lot.

Both William and Ivan got out still talking about my cherry more like the uneaten eggplant.

"I bet her mouth is --"

"Stop Knox, I don't want to walk around spotting wood!" I cut my wolf off who tried to give me ideas about my mate chocking on my c**k.

"Admit she affects you just like she does me and I will stop," he retorted

"We both know she does now stop,"

I let out a sigh looking at my mate and she was already looking at me, a ghost of a cute smile playing on her lips, I wish I could see that full blown smile.

Gosh I wish I could just grab her and just kiss her but no--

"I ---I waited for you too," she shly said placing a few strands of hair behind her ear looking at me, her hazel eyes shining brightly with a dark brown ring around them showing the presence of her wolf.

"She waited for us too!!" Knox howled in my head jumping around like a little kid high on sugar.

"Congratulations you two," Ivan randomly popped up placing his arm around my shoulder.

"You are both going to be each other's firsts,"he added low enough only for us to hear.

"Now let's go else will be---"

"What's taking you guys so long?!" we all looked at Elizabeth and Victoria who were standing a far off, impatiently waiting for us.

"Late," Ivan finished removing his arm.

I nodded my head about to go but

"What about her?" William asked, "Will she come along?"

"Um," I looked at my mate and I didn't have anyone to leave her with, "Yes she is,"

Both men shrugged leading the way into the school building although the whispers from our varsity mates didn't go unnoticed.

Being a football captain and also part of the basketball team, me and my group of Elizabeth, Ivan, William and Victoria were popular.

It was only us five in the group and seeing that there was an additional member sprung up gossip.

"Who is she?"

"Is she Aaron's new f**k buddy?"

"Or maybe a girlfriend he's settling for?"

"Nah, she's too ugly to be his girlfriend, look at her!"

I let out an internal growl hearing them call my woman ugly.

I briefly glanced at her and I could tell she was uncomfortable and their words were getting to her.

"Comfort her," Knox pushed and I found myself tucking my hand in her's, whispering into her ear,

"Don't mind them, you are beautiful just the way you are" I kissed her cheek which made the whispers increase ten fold.

I tuned them out till we were in class.

We found both Elizabeth and Victoria already sitted on our usual seats neither of them looking our way, seems Lizzy wasn't handling it well.

I knew something like this would happen, she had always had a crush on me, well she didn't vocalise it but I knew judging by how she would always look at me and become defensive whenever she saw me talking to a girl.

Oh well it's not my fault. At least I didn't show her interest or lead her on.

"There is Aaron," I heard some girls whisper followed by a few giggles

"He looks so hot gosh! I wish I could just have one night with him," another said and I internally groaned hating the fact that almost all the girls in our class wanted me,

Well I was handsome no doubt. I had my dad's height and facial features with my mom's hair and eyes and a mixture of their skin color, anyone would fall for me.

But I never entertained any of them,

Anyone in my position would have slept with countless women after what happened with Sasha but I wasn't like that, my parents raised me better, raised me to wait for my mate and even though I was skeptical about having one because of what sasha did to me, I still kept waiting in hopes that I would have my original mate the one who was destined for me.

"And we have her, just don't f**k it up," Knox said in my head.

"Yeah I will ----" A scream broke me from my line of thoughts my eyes instantly looking to the source.

"Brooke what the heck!" I said as soon as I spotted her on top of a girl, giving her blows after blows.

Ivan and William were trying to break the fight apart but damn was my mate strong and fierce.

"How dare you want my man!" Brooke growled out hitting the poor girl.

"Brooke!" I rushed over holding her arm and yanking her off the girl and into my arms.
