Josh and Emily (Author's POV)
Josh has a clear view of a man and a woman inside the bar. He was across the street. The woman is Emily, his fiancee.
Emily was very pleased with what the man told her. Good and witty jokes made her laugh that way he remembered.
Josh had been outside the bar for the last ten minutes, trying to keep his cool and trying to stop himself from approaching them. His gaze sharpened, his fist clasped, and his jaw locked when the man placed his hand on top of Emily's hand and gently stroked it.
Almost every night, Josh followed Emily wherever she spent the time to have some wine, either alone or with a friend. It was the first time Josh saw Emily with a male companion.
