The week flew by in a blur of classes and assignments, the days blending into each other. Before I knew it, Friday morning had arrived, and I woke up in Alex's bed, the sheets cool and empty beside me. I turned to check the time on the phone left on the nightstand. 7:30 AM. Strange, Alex still wasn’t back from his usual morning training session.
