I am excited, scared, frustrated, and nervous in equal measure. Aurora knows my father and will call him to return here. I will get to see him again, and hopefully, my mother, too.
I’ve asked myself many times over the years why my parents couldn’t find me. All I can think about is the spell Belinda’s sister put on me and the potion I was fed, which must have hidden me well enough. I could spend weeks pondering the whys of things, but it wouldn’t get me anywhere. I won’t dwell on the past because I know deep in my heart my parents never gave up searching for me.
