Once they were all inside, Toby turned back to the portal and whispered a few words, and the portal disappeared.
“It’s still there right?” Manny asked.
“Yup, but I don’t want anyone to stumble upon it and know that we’re here. I can open it again if we need it,” Toby answered.
“Wow, this place is actually beautiful,” Frankie observed.
“It’s the fairy realm, what did you expect it to look like, Dante’s Inferno?” Ollie asked in annoyance.
“No. I really didn’t know what to expect, but I never thought it would be this amazing. It’s like walking into the Garden of Eden, at least, as I’ve imagined it.”
“Fairies, like pixie and elves, are people of nature. We have amazing green thumbs,” Rune said as he held up his green thumb and winked, causing Frankie, Manny, and Toby to laugh.
