The wolf may think he got Sage away, but in the end, she will always belong to me. Sage showed the ability to break away from my control when I ordered her to attack Zane. I find it difficult to comprehend how Sage could develop romantic feelings towards a dog.
The full range of her power was unknown. She was getting stronger, proving she had almost reached her full potential. Despite all my efforts, her power was always restrained with me. With the wolf, she could release it to its fullest. I’m allowing Sage to continue her relationship with him so he can truly unlock all of her powers. When the time is right, I’ll reclaim what’s rightfully mine.
