Callista's Point of View
"Ice?!" Gulat na tawag ko rito ng walang anu-ano'y hinila niya ako paakyat ng hagdan. Hindi siya sumagot ngunit rinig ko ang kaniyang pag-ismid. My heart pounded in my chest as Ice pulled me up the stairs, a mix of surprise and anticipation coursing through my veins. Questions raced through my mind like wildfire. What was happening? What did he want from me? I had racked my brain for any possible reason that could have triggered his sudden urgency, but I couldn't pinpoint a single thing I had done wrong.
