“Stay away from me!” Aleah hissed through her teeth.
She raised her hands, palms out toward Tyler. A look of horror took over her face. Her eyes were wide, her lips parted even as her breathing turned to short bursts of desperation.
“Don’t you dare come near me, Tyler! Actually… you need to leave. Right now.” Aleah pointed at the still open window. If her finger shook and her voice came out a little breathy, Aleah couldn’t be blamed. She didn’t like how Tyler was looking at her at that very moment.
After his suggestion she proved her love for him, the predatory look in his eyes made her shudder with fear and disgust. It was as if he were undressing her with his eyes already. To make matters worse, the look in his eyes hadn’t changed despite her request for him to leave.
