I've never seen Ryder speechless before.
He just stands there, his hands shoved in his pockets, his stunned eyes on me. His lips are slightly parted as he gives me a "what the hell' look.
Sam cusses when he realizes what he just did, but then he just shrugs like he couldn't care less. His new hatred for Brent is so strong that he doesn't give a s**t who burns to the ground as long as Brent takes responsibility for his actions.
Brent is still looking at me, mouth agape. I know what he's thinking; that I told Sammy everything that he knows.
