Chapter 3 He meets his master

(Short info about Shinya:)

He was seventeen years old then. He knew who had burned down his house that his family had lived in along with the bodies of his mother and his twin sister. There was nothing left except his sister's hairbrush that he had given her on their birthday. and his mother's bracelet given to her by their father the day before he left to join the war. Shinya took the brush and the bracelet and put it in her bag inside the clothes. He asked around the village for the Shin family and the young son. An old lady showed him the way. He gave her two silver coins as a thank you. He stood outside the stone wall and waited for the spoiled kid to come out. When young Shin came out, he approached him and asked if he knew of any good place where he could stay and spend the night for a few days. Shin led the way.

Shinya wanted him to suffer as much as he had been made to suffer. Therefore, he intended to take away everything that Shin loves from him!

He enrolled in the school where they trained and gained status by seeing how skilled they were in fighting with weapons and using magic. the school is called the warrior school. Shin was most skilled when it came to weapons. On the first day of school, Shinya got to choose who he wanted to challenge. He used the name Hitokiri Kenshin which was his grandfather's name. He stood on a bench and said loudly for all to hear:

“I Hitokiri Kenshin Challenge Shin Kensuke to a sword fight today! I shall not run or hide. Only cowards run and hide like little p*****s, so here I am. Come and fight me, if you the guts to or aren’t scared that you will lose!” He said angrily.

Shin accepts his challenge. after that they went to the training hall and entered. When they entered, they each took their swords then they walked away towards the arena. the teachers and everyone at the school were there to watch. Kenshin got into his position. Everyone was shocked to see the stance he took as none of the students recognized it. Shin attacked first and Kenshin stopped the sword with two fingers and then he slammed it. the sword broke into a thousand pieces. Shin was as shocked as everyone else when they saw the sword break. Kenshin/Shinya said:

“Ops. I used too much power, so it got destroyed! Come on use your own sword and fight me for real or you’re going to get hurt!!”

“Fine then I shall not hold back!” Shin said.

Shin attacked again firmly with his own sword this time. Kenshin was still standing and this time he stopped the sword with his own sword. Everyone was shocked when they saw his sword. The teachers then remembered that it belonged to Hayato Jin before. They began to wonder how he got hold of the sword when no one else managed to find it. Shin asked:

“Where did you get that sword?”

Kenshin answered:

“My friend gave it to me before he died in a fire!!” he said with anger in his voice.

Shinya said loudly in an angry yet calm voice: “I got that sword from my dear brother and best friend SHINYA JIN when I got back from my journey. Then a week after that I went back to his house only to see him burn to death in his house. His screams of pure agony and pain still haunts me today. And then I went to the fuji mountain to train. I have only recently come back. I don’t seek revenge or anything. I just want an explanation to why the fire happened!!”

Everyone was shocked to hear this. Shin got angry and a little nervous. This time Kenshin attacked, and Shin dodged the attack but the moment he dodged Kenshin grabbed and disarmed him. Shin lost this battle. His title as the school's best and unbeatable swordsman was taken from him and Kenshin was given the title of the Invincible sword warrior.

Shin got angry and left. Shinya burst out in joy upon seeing that and let out an evil smile. The classmates ran up and talked to him. Kenshin saw Shin looking at him and looked back at him and smiled. Shin got even angrier and went home. Kenshin felt happy for the day, but he also knew that Shin won't stand by and watch him take everything he loves in school away from him, which Kenshin already knew but waited for him to make the first move. Kenshin had his friends from his training up in the mountain. with a signal from him they are ready to come down from the mountain and stand by his side. which he was waiting for but first he must take what Shin cares about the most which is his status and reputation. Kenshin will take everything from him at school as quickly as possible. Shinya was given the title of the invincible warrior that no one can defeat. and it doesn't matter what weapon you use because there isn't a weapon he hasn't already mastered. This was just the beginning. Shin who was the most popular in school was now the one walking alone with his friends. he went from being the most popular guy in school to a loser. Kenshin had taken everything in school that Shin cared about in just one week. Kenshin was famous even outside the school as Hitokiri the unbeatable. Shin's father was furious when he heard this, so he asked his men to find a strong man who could protect his son.
