By the third day with no ship trying to intercept the slow-moving cruise liner, we concluded that Dan and whichever syndicate he was working for assumed that our DNA switch on the crew files was a trick to throw them completely off our trail and didn't bother looking on other ships. It was a huge gamble on our part because if they had figured out where we were, we would not have anywhere to run.
