We all pile into two black SUV with me, Gio, Mrs.lilly and his parents in one and the others in the other. " Where are we going," I asked looking at the window.
" To Club del Doge. It has a beautiful view of the river and good food" Victoria said. I shake my head looking out the window.
After an hour drive, we walk into the most beautiful restaurant that I have ever seen. The colors and artwork made this restaurant so beautiful. The host instantly walks us to our seats. I was so amazed about the interior then I look to my left I see couples sitting by the water.
I turn to Gio "can we sit out there," I ask holding his arm.
" Next time," he said ushering me to the back table. We all sit around the big table. I open the menu not know what any of this stuff is.
I look over at Gio " Ill order for you and the twins," he said.
" Thanks," I said placing the menu down.
" What's the plans for tomorrow," I ask looking around the table.
" I'm meeting an old friend," Mrs. Lilly says.
" Who's is this person," Michael asked.
" If you must know its Gerta," she says.
" The one that makes all the sweets," he asks.
"Yes, she's coming over tomorrow," she said. Michael rubs his hands together " along as she brings something with her then we are good" he said. During the remainder of the meal, we talk and joke with each other.
Brandon walks over to me a "Mille can I go," he asks trying to put on a sad face. I look over at Gio then back at Brandon.
" Yes," I say." Thanks, sis," he said giving me a hug.
" Wait a minute," I say grabbing his arm before he leaves.
" You're going to be taking a couple of guards with you and Brandi going to," I say.
" Why she has to come," he says looking over at her.
" You need supervision so take it or not," I say.
" That's cool thanks," he said. He walks around the table stopping at Brandi whispering to her. I take a sip of my drink when Trey nods his head my way then get up following the twins to the front.
" Where are they going," Victoria asks.
" To some club, Brandon wants to go to," I say. She shakes her head I knew this was a bad idea I thought.
I sip the rest of my drink. " Dessert," Tisha said. Angle turns to her whispering.
" You think I'm fat," Tisha says slamming her hands on the table then walk away from the table. Angle turns to me " what am I doing wrong." he asks I just shake my head.
" Nothing I'll go talk to her," I say getting up from the table. I follow Tisha outside to an empty table.
" This is so beautiful," she said. " It is," I say looking at the view. We take a few minutes looking around " what's wrong" I ask.
" It took me an hour to find a decent dress to hide my stomach. Then Angle going to say that didn't I have enough already" she said.
He would say something like that I thought.
I rub her back " Tish you can have whatever you want," I say.
" I can," she said with her eyes getting bright " yes," I say. I look around for a waiter " excuse me." I say waving my hand when one walks past.
" Sí," he says.
'' Do you have any chocolate cake," I ask.
He shakes his yes " can I have two pieces of cake please," I say.
" I'll be back in a few," he said before leaving.
" Why am I so hungry," Tisha asks " your eating for two now," I say.
" It feels like five," she says I start laughing.
" Don't jinx yourself you might end up with twins?" I say laughing.
" Girl if that happens I'm going to die," she said laughing. The waiter places the cake in front of us" thank you," I say.
" This looks so good," Tisha says.
" It does," I say picking up my fork.
" Mmm, this is the best cake I ever had," she says.
"So this cake is better than Mrs. Lilly's," I said. Tisha takes another bite of the cake" it can be a close second" she says.
" Yea, I was about to go tell her that you said that," I say.
" She would have popped me if you told her," she said whining.
" Quit your crying," I say finishing the last of the cake.
" I'm allowed," She said stuffing the last bite of cake in her mouth.
" Yeah, you are," I say handing her a napkin. After she whips her mouth " let's go back to the table Angle is worried about you," I said standing up.
Giovanni
Angle takes the empty seat next to me. " This is what I'm talking about," he said looking at Tisha and Camille.
" What did you say to her," I ask taking a sip my drink.
" Don't you think you had enough?" I said " what," I said.
" I said," he said about to repeat himself.
" I know what you said. Why would you say that knowing that there is something going on with her," I said?
" Yeah you don't ever comment on a woman's weight," papa said.
"I f****d up," he said hanging his head down.
" Yeah let us leave before you say something else that gonna make Tiff mad" Danny said. He gets up kissing grandma and mama on the cheek then giving the rest of us hugs.
"You better be kissing her ass the rest of the trip and don't say nothing to her," papa says.
" Okay," Angle said shaking his head. I look over at the girls to see them eating cake and laughing. What would I do without my lovely goddess I though? The dark green of the dress goes so well with her chocolate skin. It makes me want to eat her up I thought.
" Gio" papa call me.
" Yes," I say. " Did you hear a word I said," he asks.
" Sorry I was distracted," I say papa looks over at the girls.
" I can see but we have important matters right now," he said. I shake my head " we need extra security detail on the girls" he says. I shake my head when a loud bang goes off.
I hop out of my seat running over to the girls. I see Tisha laying on the ground. Another shot gets fired I duck to Camille fall on top of Tisha " s**t," I say.
I flip the table in front of them going behind my waist pulling out my .39. I look down to see blood " s**t," I say I pull out my phone.
" Yes, boss," Dom says " we are in a standoff at the restaurant," I say.
" We are on our way," he said. I put my phone back in my pocket " which one got shot," Angle said squatting next to me.
" Go check. I'll hold them off," I say start shooting. Shooters on the water very creative I thought shooting the boats.
"f**k," Angle said " what's wrong," I ask looking back.
" Tisha got hit in the chest," he said taking his shirt. I look over at Camille seeing she only got grazed in her head.
" Damn," I said turning around start raining hell. A few minutes later more boats appeared on the water.
" f**k," I say throwing the gun on the floor " give me your gun," I say. Angle reach behind him grabbing the gun then toss it to me. I take the safety off then turn around to see both boats shooting each other.
"Angle we need to get them out of here," I say looking around.
"Boss," I hear Dom call out. I stand up from behind the table to see Dom and a couple of men walking towards us.
" We need to go to the hospital," I say picking up Camille.
" Okay," Dom said helping Angle with Tisha.
