I was over the moon when he came close to me. His touch erupted sparks in my body and my breath hitched in my throat feeling him this close to me. I closed my eyes waiting for his soft lips to come to my lips but... That didn't happen.
It felt like a slap on my face when he stepped back and stormed out of the office. I stood there shocked. He left me there without saying anything.
