"They're here" Dedrik's serious tone is enough to make my attention snap to him, it's a rare thing for Dedrik to be SERIOUS. I haven't noticed that he's in the same room, which is more of my fault. I'm sucked into a vacuum of what felt like my old life with my siblings.
Our own little bubble has to end because I know why Dedrik is acting the way that he is. I stood from my seat and gazed at my siblings, their curious expressions are blatant, and I reminded myself of the promise I made to myself once I've met them again.
