Angela’s POV After the fight with Alex, I couldn’t take it anymore. His constant need to control everything, his overprotectiveness, and his insistence on being in charge, it was suffocating. I needed to get away. As I packed my bag, I didn’t even glance at him. He was standing in the doorway, frustration and desperation clear on his face, but I didn’t care.
