I sighed at itinaas ang kamay ko upang abutin ang bituin na nakakuha ng atensyon ko. The star is shining brightly and it looks like watching me. It looks like it was there to guide me using its light.
The star is binary, which means their light comes from two. Two souls shining as one to create a tiny light.
But stars are dead.
They always shine the brightest seconds before they fall apart. What a sad fate. When you finally achieve your dream to shine, it's when you realize that it's also your end.
