The next week is spent ignoring Pattie and for once she is successful in her mission, she walks the opposite direction when she ever comes across Pattie, avoids the bleachers like the plague even refusing to go to one of Destin’s game (he was surprisingly very understanding and had just ruffled up her hair as she tried to come up with a good enough excuse) and pretending like she is in another universe in the very rare times they are in they are within a 20 foot radius.
She has never really ignored anyone in her life, sure she had had pissy moments with her friends, mostly just Eva but Eva was the type of the person who would scream at you out of all the anger one second and the next second she calms down and she would be forcing you into a oxygen sucking cuddles and apologizing profusely
