The thing about Theo is she is so different, and wonderfully amazing. Damien had been through his own fair share of hard times and he had had friends lend a helping hand, all of them trying to comfort him with sweet promises and perfect lies. But with Theo, it’s not there. As soon as the words are out of his mouth, Theo doesn’t say anything else, she just cries along with him tears falling from her eyes just as quickly as they are from his own and within a minute they are mess of tears, holding each other too close to possible be able to breathe and both of them are shaking and sobbing. But no words are exchanged.
And Damien can feel his world crash around him completely, like everything in his life doesn’t matter anymore and he doesn’t have anything left. But the firm hold on
