10. The Best Gift, Yet...
"Didn't I tell you I'd be right back?" Alpha Brady spoke in a low whisper. I remained silent for a few moments before responding. "You...you did, but I was scared," I admitted, my voice barely above a whisper. "Scared of what?" He took a small shrug, his eyes flickering with concern.
