My dad was the first to arrive, Beta Mark and Prestons dad, not long after that.
Beta Mark's discovery of Keith's body was hard to watch. Keith had conspired against the pack, but he was still someone's son. I felt conflicted- he had sought to take Preston from me. But he had once been a sort of friend, and I felt a loss for who he once could have been. Natalia was clear cut. She felt everyone got what they deserved today. I tried not to look at what remained of the man that was threatening my mate- who I had killed.
Dad took the two bodies to Pebble Creek immediately, telling us later that Alpha Jacob's eldest son, would take over as Alpha and there would be a close watch on their pack. The new Alpha claimed they weren't aware of their father and youngest brother's plan.
