They were silent on the way home. Amber insisted on taking her home. Saying that she was still responsible for Sam until Amber dropped her off at home. Since they snuck away from Mya at the office earlier, Amber was the closest to a guard she had. It was awkward sitting in the confined space of the mustang, not knowing what to say to each other. Sam hated that she didn't know how to break the silence. Suddenly Amber cursed and pulled off to the side of the road. There was forest all around them, not far from Sam's condo. "What's wrong?"
