From poverty to royalty

CHAPTER 3

The storm that was coming in GrapeVille was terrifying, in the shelter where I was, they closed all the openings and turned on the heater to protect us from the cold.

Lucy and I were in an armchair talking about a thousand things at once, in just 3 days that I have been here I have started a great friendship with her, so far we have been inseparable.

We made a great effort to graduate with honors and apart from that do several school grades in a single year.

Our life had improved a lot since we became friends, and we were even so inseparable that we told everyone we were sisters. If soulmates exist, she would be mine.

I was studying for my final exam, it was very important, if I won it I could skip a year, which was incredible because I was behind the young people my age.

Lucy also had to take the same exam, but she was getting a little distracted with our teacher.
