Megan POV   “We’re what?” I nearly shouted at Adam when he told me we were having dinner at the main house. Panic clawed its way to the surface as I frantically tried to think of a way out of it. He repeated himself. This man intended to sit me in front of his friends with a plate full of food and a fork. How many pairs of eyes would be watching every bite I shoveled into my mouth? A barrage of belittling thoughts swirled around in my mind, horrible quips about a fat girl and the fact that she dares to eat. How many would sit in judgment of every calorie I consumed?
