Princess Isabella Rolland was having an audience with some of the smaller girls in the town , she liked to teach them and help them learn how to behave as humans in the world filled with supernatural deadly beings, those were not so common this days , but they have to always be careful. She has been taught all her life how to help herself if she was ever in one situation where she has to fight for herself , her brother who is the heir to the throne had always been the King’s favorite, The king had not wanted a baby girl , he thought them to be weak , he was King over all his subjects but deep down he had never been proud of the princess and she knew it , The royal family was in charge of putting the supernatural world in place. Princess Isabella has worked all her life to be in favor of her father and brother but that had not always been happening. She would always be the weak one , the youngest.
When the king and the crown prince were busy with the kingdom , and having things to do , she was always free, so she had to take the younger boys and girls to start teaching them , she would be able to to help that way , her maids would always advise her from it , but she would never listen , she was free spirited and liked to cause trouble.
Knowing full well that she was trying to help her kingdom , she refused to stop , they made her days more interesting than when they were not there and she wasn’t teaching them.
She would be twenty one soon, she had heard her mother say she would have more responsibilities then , but her was no more to explain more things to her , she suddenly felt lonely, she needed her mother now more than ever , if she wont to be like the she feels now when she was twenty one, she would love it very much .
After dismissing her students, she went into her chambers, she enter into a small room that she had made for herself if she need to hide or be alone , she brought out large book that had been passed down to every royal offspring in her family, a book of spells, where every kind of protection spell had been written for her to use when she needed it . She wanted to go out the woods again.
A knock came on her door “I don’t need any assistance, I want to be alone “
“Sorry your highness, but your brother needs an audience with you and he said you should join him for tea”
“Alright, tell him I will meet him shortly “
There must be something going on again , he must want to enlighten her about what she had done wrong again, she kept the spell book back to where she kept it and left the room.
On the long table was her brother looking down and reading a paper, she couldn’t tell if he was furious about something or if he was calm , but she would find out in minutes.
“Isabella, come here , come sit in front of me “
“What’s wrong brother?”
“I’m just reading from the papers, and there is a concern going around the town , about a werewolf going about in the woods , I just want you to be careful, I know you like going there to shy away from your duties “
“But you don’t actually give me any duties, but I can take care of myself, Father likes to entertain his women while taking care of the kingdom , you also have your own duties assigned to you , but I haven’t been given anything “
“ the Queen dowager had always said it that you carry a pure blood in you and you have your own responsibilities when you clock twenty one , you clock midnight, you shouldn’t rush anything, be patient. Just be careful when you go into the woods, that’s what I called you for”
“That’s all ? You could have just sent the servant or the butler to tell me this”
“Well , I just did”
“No you told her to call me for an audience, aye thank you”
Few minutes after midnight , Selena was working on more potions in the caves , While she was doing this , the book of potions and spells came open all of a sudden, it opened to a particular page that had not been there , there was a cure!! finally there was a cure for Erik and the reason why she had not been able to see it from the book is because it was not time yet.
Erik was in his bed chamber when she appears into his room.
“Do not invade my space! Why have you come? “
“I came to tell you that there is a cure , there one right here in the kingdom, and it’s the princess”
“Good gracious, how has the princess got to do with my cure , I try to avoid them as much as possible , you know they hunt demons , werewolves and vampires down , when they notice anything , and you want me to go near them , to the princess! Nonsense, tell me something else” getting irritated
“ You just need the taste of her blood , she has been gifted with the purest blood , that would heal you completely , I couldn’t find it because she just clocked twenty one “ she tried to explain.
“You do realize if other demons find out , they would want her too “
“Aye that’s why you need to get it before them” Selena warned.
“Be careful not to kill her she is the princess after all”
“It doesn’t matter , now leave I have to get things done after you“
