“Absolutely not! No!” Amber growled, throwing her arms wide. “Anyone else, but not her.” Desmond lifted an eyebrow as he looked from Gavin, who remained calm despite the shouting, to the red-faced Amber.  “I trust her.” Gavin said simply, leaning back in his chair. Although his expression remained the same, Desmond could detect a smug sort of satisfaction in the handler’s demeanor. “Don’t you?” “Of course I do, this isn’t about…Gavin she’s not an agent anymore.
