A group of Omegas happily helps us move our stuff to Oliver’s house. Well, I guess it’s technically now MY house. When all of this is over, I owe him more than anyone can fathom. He helped me get my kids to safety, both to and from Lily’s cabin, and then gave me the only thing he really has left of his parents. He’s always cared for me, but I can’t begin to express what this means.
My kids will be safe here. We can sleep and truly rest. No one will be able to get in. Finally.
Once everything is inside and everyone has left, I sit on the couch, leaning back with my eyes closed, just enjoying the moment.
