“It worked?” I ask. I can see everything, but it’s almost like the view is fuzzy. I take a step through the edge of the circle I formed and Seth’s face goes from horror to absolute relief.
“It worked,” he says with a sigh, a smile tugging at his lips. “You did it.” He lifts me off my feet and spins me in a circle before placing me back on the ground.
I turn and look back at the house. I can see it, but it all looks fuzzy. “You can’t see anything?”
“No,” he tells me with a smile. “It’s like there’s nothing there and I can see right through it. Let me wrap your hand.”
