“Say who now?” I looked at her with confusion. Who in the world are the forgotten wolf kin? Is this a whole other fairy tale I need to get my head around or is it one in the same and they now have an actual name I wasn’t privy to.
I know the girl reads, but this whole human children of the Goddess thing, was never a part of our history lessons growing up. Nor was it included in any real depth or light, in any of the fables of tales we had been told. We had only ever been told a muted version of the tale Grams told us last night.
A handful of the Goddesses' gifted children returned to be wolves and even fewer chose to stay as humans.
