Rachel's POV
"You guys are going to need a large room to have your photography classes because you got strange guys who had shown interest to join your club," Mr. Cameron the school educational director got closer to the poster on the school information board to see those who had written their name there, "Incredible hulk and spiderman you know those guys right? I am sure you don't. we don't have such names of students in this school. They can't be in your club so you have no new members anyway. You guys should not get excited about it" Mr. Cameron said pointing his finger at the three of them. They were stunned why Mr. Cameron had to reject the two new members who had indicated an interest in their photograph club.
"I am giving you guys till tomorrow to get three new members to your club or you are sucked. There is no entitlement to mediocrity and you must prove you're all capable to run a club as one of the requirements for graduating from this school" Mr. Cameron said, storms out of them.
"Where are going to get new members?" Rachel screamed to get back Mr. Cameron's attention as he walked out and to show how committed they are but he didn't care to pay attention to her.
"Yea, a low walk, no running along the school passage" Mr. Cameron chides a student as he tries to distract himself from Rachel's voice calling back at his attention.
"If I get who did this!" Scarlett grins while angrily staring at the poster in her hand.
Someone has gone to indicate falsified interest names on their poster on the board. They had thought they were new members not knowing someone is fooling with them.
"Jimmy!" Rachel called out.
She narrows her eyes along the passage trying to sense who had done that to their poster with her wolf-sensing ability.
"How did you get to know it is Jimmy?" Scarlett asked. She is stunned at the mention of Jimmy's name, by Rachel.
"He is the only one who has such a bad handwritten, let us go," Rachel said before they left for their lessons.
Rachel is unsettled by the pleasing scent along the passage. She sniffs.
Skeptical about who in their school has such a scent. It is the scent of a mate she would never say no to. She tries to ignore it because no one will ever have such a scent in their school. lemon and vinegar filled her nostril she couldn't escape the sweetness all over her.
This is all she had long for all her life while under her uncaring and disgusting parents' home. She began sniffing more to get the exact direction of where the scent is coming from. Rachel gets captivated by the scent and begins to trace it through the passage.
Walking through the staircase and down to her class.
She meets Mr. Cameron and the new boy with the strange scent in her class as Mr. Cameron is introducing him to all their class members. She looks away from him. She couldn't believe his the one who got the scent. Arouse by curiosity and affection.
"Mate!" her wolf cries out within her.
He has the kind of face that stops you in your tracks. I guess he must have to get used to that, the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they looked his way followed by overcompensating, with a nonchalant gaze and a weak smile.
Of course, the blush that accompanied it was a dead give-away. It didn't help that he was so modest with it. it made the girls fall for him all the more. Despite all the opportunities that will come his way, he seems to be a one-woman man who prized genuineness and thoughtful conversation above lipstick and high-heels. He is handsome alright, but inside he is far more beautiful.
"Alright everyone came down. We have a new boy here. His name is Louis and I am guessing his from Wales"
"No!" Louis replies, frowns at Mr. Cameron while looking disgustingly at everyone in the class. They were all laughing at him.
I glimpse through my side trying to confirm he is the one again and making sure he doesn't see me.
"Ooh my goodness! He is"… I paused, facepalming.
How do I get to cope with someone who will expose who I am in my class? I thought as anxiety wrapped me.
"You smell like my parents" I yelled at him, facing him eyeball to the eye.
The class turned into a commotion of laughter, Mr. Cameron kept screaming quiet, quiet, as Louis walks over to take his new seat in the class.
Louis couldn't take his eyes off Rachel…He wondered who she is.
