I stared at Raiden for a moment, knowing he would never let me get close to him. I will just have to do it naturally then.

I sighed, “Since you find me disgusting, I should leave.”
“You just have to stay ten steps away from me. Is it so hard?”
I chuckled, pausing to stare at him. “I wonder what you’re scared of.”
“I’m not scared of anything” he smiled, his piercing gaze annoying me.
“Your reaction says otherwise”. My lips stretched “Anyway, I will leave and, of course, I will make sure I always stay ten steps away from you.”
Raiden didn’t say anything but his eyes followed me all the way to the door and I took one last glance at him before pulling the door open and going out. It wasn’t like I was giving up.
