Freedom they say is one of the best things to be given, the right to do anything you want, to act as you please with not having to worry about it. Blue felt exactly that way,she had gotten rid of the man that caged her in the name of love, he may have been nice to her taking care of her in any way that he could but he was not what she wanted.
Leaving him was the best decision she made, she could finally avenge her mother’s death, “You can run Cali but you can’t hide” she whispered inaudibly. She wasn’t done with her revenge on Cali, she swore to see the day she would waste his life bringing him to his feet for ever banishing her to an acursed land. She laid on the bed rubbing her three month old baby bump, she hadn’t heard anything from Alpha Cane and that was a good thing, combing through her hair with her hands, she remembered his warm touches on her, he always made her feel at home even in the slightest way.
Was it too wrong to say that she missed him, she missed the warm comfort and the protection he always gave. Standing up, she caressed her neck where he had always kept his soft kisses every night before she closed her eyes to sleep.
“My queen” a maiden knocked on the door, Blue composed herself sitting on her massive bed.
“Come in” she answered.
“My queen, the council are here” she said bowing to Blue.
“I will be there in a second” Blue replied, it felt so good to rule again, it was something her mother had always done and she admired her for it, right now it was her turn, she wished her mother could see her.
Walking through the long hallway to the meeting hall, a glimpse of Alpha Cane flashed in front of her, she could see him grabbing Gamma Donald by the neck.
Her eyes widened in shock, why was she seeing this’ she uttered. Must her first premonition have to begin with him, the look on Donald’s face entails weakness and fear at the mercy of his brother Alpha Cane.
“I don’t have to care about them” She muttered, she couldn’t care less if they die, Cane would never find her and she was willing to make sure of it.
“Welcome witches” She said after taking her seat, they slightly bowed their head in respect to her and she smirked.
“Why did you request for this sudden meeting” She asked them looking at Benita deep in the eyes, ‘if they were trying to mess with her, then they would get what they came for’ she thought.
“We want to inform you about the threats from the Blood moon pack demanding that we submit to them” Benita spoke with her head low,
“What nonsense is that, what business do we have with them. Are we savages that we need to be under their control, what do they take us for” Blue roared angrily, how dare a pack try to subdue them,
‘Never’ that would never happen now that she was in charge. She would fight for the coven the same way her mother did.
“The Alpha of that pack is a strong and powerful Lycan” Nisa a witch said,
“I would never let this coven be under the leadership of anyone who is not a witch” she stormed out angrily, her immerse anger caused a lightning on the ceiling.
“Damn great” her first day as the High lord and she had to deal with such absurd threats. Whoever this Lycan was, she was going to fight him with all her might until he realize who he was messing with.

“Blue” Gamma Donald called but there was no response, he searched everywhere for her but couldn’t find her, “Did she leave without him” he thought, he had specifically told her to wait for him at the Oaks mountain.
Donald though perhaps he was too late and that was why she left, but why would his mate leave him just like that, Blue may have never felt the mate bond and he knew it but still he had shown her in many ways that he cared for her, he even took the risk of rescuing her from his possessive brother.
He sat on a rock hoping that she would come back when it dawned on him that her scent was never there, she had never been there.
“She tricked me” were the words that came out of his mouth, why did she have to deceive him when she knew how much he cared for her. He got so angry that his nails dug into his palms, he should have followed her, he never should have left her and now his mate was lost to him forever. Who knew if she would ever come back at least for him.
He sadly walked to the castle and into his room, the pain of losing his mate became worse, at first it was his brother and now she had disappeared without him, it was as fate was fighting against him, against his love.
Did he have to fight everytime just to get what he wants, all his life had always been a struggle, he may have seemed carefree but nothing ever came to him easily. Her face was still imprinted in his mind, her smile and every cute thing about her. He felt drained and wasted as he gazed into nothingness.

Standing before Sarafina was Alpha Cane,
“What brings you here Alpha” Sarafina asked holding a glass globe, it had been ages since the Alpha stepped into her shop, she was surprised by his visit.
“I need to find Blue” He answered strictly not in the mood for pleasantries.
“Ah, the witch” she said.
“Witch!” Alpha Cane was shocked, she couldn’t have meant that Blue was a witch, he was sure and could abett that she was a wolf.
“Yes, the young witch, I assume she must have gone back to her coven” she informed, Sarafina knew nothing about Blue being with the Alpha, so she didn’t know that she was supposed to hide such news for him.
“Where is her coven?” He asked in a dark tone, his eyes had turned red, a witch dared to come into his castle and trick him into falling in love with her claiming that she was a wolf, “She will have to pay with her life” he thought, No one messes with him and goes scott free.
“The Middle East, I am guessing it will take you five days to get there depending on how fast you go” Sarafina hadn’t finished speaking before he stormed out of her shop in rage.
Alpha Cane’s mind was filled with revenge, he hated witches with his whole life because of the curse placed on him by a powerful witch. Blue had just woke his inner demons and he vowed to go through the ends of the earth to find her.
“When I find you, you will be begging to be set free”.
