I nodded my head gently. I didn’t have any interest in knowing more about Alpha Charles however I found myself asking her more about him and his family.
His brother had just shown up all of a sudden and from the way that he had acted, it was clear that they weren’t good in terms. The way Alpha Charles had looked as if he was going to shoot down his brother and be over with it.
They are not the perfect family, something that I am finding it hard to adjust too, that not everyone could have a perfect family. Some of us were just pretending to be happy, despite the situation that we do find ourselves in.
