Chapter - Two

“Thanks for the ride” I payed the car I had rented for the drove to Ohoya . I stood in front of this magnificent looking hotel. 'Raven' it said. It looked like one of those palaces which were mentioned in fairy tails. White marble building with golden tombs above .

I went inside the gate just to be greeted by one of the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen. She was looked confused. “ Excuse me. Do you need any help?” I asked her. “Umm, yes actually I had booked a room in Hotel Raven but do you see that? Any explanation?” she asked. I didn’t understand at first. So I turned to the way she pointed.

I just couldn’t believe my eyes. It was a projection. The whole mesmerising palace was really just a fairy tail . “What the …” I trailed off as I noticed a projector kept a few feet away. I saw a man standing by it. “ I really don’t understand why anyone would do such a thing. It looks just like the pictures. Technically can’t even say we are lost” I sighed. “I was actually thinking of whether to and ask the man about it. Doesn’t seem like he noticed us” she said and I nodded a yes .

We walked over to that guy. I guess he sensed our presence and he turned around to face us. It was hard to notice from the back but a girl was trying to do something on the projector while this guy was standing and watching her. “Did you guys also get trapped?” he asked. We both nodded a yes.

“I don’t think this is a joke guys. We need to leave. This projector is some new level of technology and I can’t seem to shut it down.” the other girl said. “Yes , it’s better if we leave. I can’t seem to see any other person here” I said .

We all started heading back when suddenly we heard a loud siren. We had to close our ears tight to prevent from becoming deaf. Then we heard a creaking sound. I opened my eyes to see that the huge iron gates began to close. We all started running. Just as I was about to skip through the gate it shut close.

“What the hell is happening?” the girl shouted. “Is this a trap?” “ I can’t stay here. I have a much important thing to do” the other girl said. “ No , this can’t be happening. I can’t imagine that we are trapped in here” the first girl said in tears. “Stop panicking guys” I shouted unable to bear all the negative energy and blabbering around me.

“What if we tried to jump over?” I suggested. “ No, it’s not possible. There have electricity running in them” the guy said pointing towards a notice. It said if anyone tried to climb off the gate they would die out of electric shock. “Really?” I sighed. “What do we do….” The crying girl said stopped talking as we heard the intercom go off.

It was a man's voice. Loud and scary . “Hello, my lovelies. Welcome to The trap aka Hotel Raven. You have been summoned here to do tasks. If you complete them and please me then you’ll be free to go about with your life. If not ……” the intercom beeped indicating that was the end.

“Who are you? Come out and show yourself” the other girl yelled. Even though she seemed to pull off the brave look we could she was as terrified as any of us. “Why do we have to do the task?” the guy asked. I was too shocked to tell anything. “ Is this some sort of prank? Please tell me it’s a prank.” The girl said amidst her cries. I finally summoned my courage. “Why do we have to do the task? Just let us out . Have we done anything to you? Why have you trapped us?” I yelled to no one.

“We can’t go out. What do we do?” the guy said . “Lets search . Who knows we might get to some other gate. We can get out of we find anything . A gate, a hole in the wall, an open garden , anything at all” the brave girl said. “Yes , let’s do it. And let’s be in a group and not scatter around” I said and received yes in response.

Just as we were about to start the intercom went off again. “Sorry lovelies, how did you think I would let you guys go away so easily?. Now, let me give you guys a taste of my medicine.” He said and the intercom beeped. Out of nowhere some gas erupted and surrounded all of us . That was the last thing I remember before hearing a thud and drifting off to nowhere.
