Chapter_41: The Cage Fight

The three of them- Billy, Raven and Brother Farid were driving to a secret location in the minivan. Raven was busy, constantly talking to her ‘sources’ on her phone confirming the location of the Mafia.

“How long?”asked Billy.

“Another hour-there’s an abandoned factory about seven kilometres north- my sources say tell me that’s where the gang meets-”she said checking her 9 mm Glock pistol.

She then opened a black bag and took out an M16 rifle and handed it to Billy. For herself, she loaded a black P90 sub machine gun. Farid, who was driving turned towards them and saw them fully loaded with guns and knives-

“What? We going to rob a bank or something?”he asked sarcastically.

“Eyes on the road brother- you don’t know the Russians- their AK-103 rifles and Tommy guns-they are much more dangerous than you could imagine and now they know Dark Magic-I just hope we can get to Johnny before they do much damage to him.”replied Billy.

Brother Farid nodded shook his head in disapproval and floored the pedal. He always hated guns, which is why he believed in hand to hand combat and more primitive weapons like knives and sticks. But he understood that when your opponent is the Russian Mafia, one would rather go in with a tank or even an army for however well prepared you are, they’ll be one step better than you!

45 minutes to the abandoned factory...

Meanwhile at the cage fight-

A bloody battle was about to be fought between Johnathan and the Alpha, Genghis- Dmitri and his goons surrounded the cage from all sides and began to cheer for Genghis. Johnny was still getting used to the strange silver element that was wrapping itself tighter and tighter around his left arm. It almost looked like as if his arm was made of pure steel and he began to feel tremendous power in his arm. The Alpha, now furious that he was not able to finish him off with a single punch, growled in anger and Johnathan could see his sharp canine teeth, he then rushed at Johnny and threw a right hook at his face. Johnathan ducked and as Genghis stooped lower, he used his steel arm and retaliated with a punch to his right jaw. The giant Alpha immediately kneeled down in pain- his molar was knocked out of his mouth and he began to see stars. Dmitri and his goons stopped their cheering and stared at them in surprise.

“What the heck is going on? Get up son- finish him-”he yelled from outside.

Johnathan was beginning to grow more confident and he thanked Farid in his mind for teaching him some boxing moves. But he still didn’t understand how this new power came to him-he wondered-

“Is this a new level that I’ve unlocked?”

Genghis was enraged now- this was the first time in his life that he got knocked down with a single punch and that too by a puny human. He realized that it was time to bring out his true Alpha form. He stood up and growled and tore off his shirt in anger and howled. Suddenly his body was starting to get covered with fur- like a dog, his claws were getting longer and sharper- his canine teeth protruded from his mouth and his eyes burned red. Johnathan had never seen such a hideous monster in his life- he looked in awe as the Alpha growled and howled and tore off his clothes.

“That’s my boy! Ha ha!”yelled Dmitri in excitement.

Genghis rushed at Johnathan once again, this time the cage began to shake from his foot steps- he raised his claws and hit Johnathan who barely managed to escape by raising his steel arm in defence. The claws couldn’t cut through the steel but the impact threw Johnathan off his feet and he stumbled down. Next Genghis stomped at him and he rolled to the side to avoid his huge feet. Lying down Johnathan kicked his feet hard with his iron leg and the giant fell back in pain.

“I can’t keep going on like this forever-” he thought “I need to end this fight-I need a weapon!”

The giant quickly jumped at him from the front-

“Weapon! I need a weapon-”Johnathan kept thinking and instinctively ducked and punched with his right hand at the Alpha’s chest.

To everybody’s surprise, his punch was so powerful that it broke Genghis’s ribs with a c***k. Genghis uttered a slow moan and froze and looked at his chest-his heart stopped beating, a deep dark crater appeared on the area where the punch had landed. He took a few steps back and blood came pouring out of his mouth. Dmitri and his men kept looking in awe as the giant Genghis, fell down to his knees and collapsed on the floor- he was dead!

Johnathan himself was surprised and he look at his right arm- his fist was covered with a copper coloured element which reached up to his arms and shoulders- another metallic hand!

He understood now that the left silver coloured hand was supposed to be his defending and shielding hand and the right copper hand was his attacking hand. He looked at the Alpha- he was not moving- he laid in his own pool of blood.

Dmitri yelled in anger-

“Kill that bastard!” and rushed towards the cage to check on Genghis.

The goons reluctantly approached Johnathan but he had had enough now- he kicked the iron door of the cage open and went outside. Dmitri opened the other gate and kneeled before Genghis’s cold dead body, trying to wake him up. The goons surrounded him from all side but Johnathan was already too powerful now. Within a minute he kicked and punched through the gang of goons and killed most of them with his bare hands. Thirty of the goons were either injured badly or died on the spot. Their guns and knives barely worked on him.

But among the chaos Dmitri still had one last trick up his sleeve. Realizing that his son was dead- he immediately rushed towards the altar where he kept the Necronomicon- the grand grimoire of black magic- opened the giant book and started to utter spells and charms in fury.

Johnathan had just finished fighting the goons when he heard strange noises coming from outside- it was the Goblins flying outside- screaming and giggling like hyenas. He also heard howls coming from the entrance- the werewolves were coming and they would be furious to see that he had killed their Alpha.

He began to look for a way out but first he had to deal with Dmitri and take care of him once and for all. This was going to be one epic end to the evil Mafia...

The rescue team had just landed outside the factory and as they got out of the vehicle, they were awestruck at the sight of Goblins and werewolves going inside.

"Yep! This is definitely the place- let's go!"remarked Billy.
