The couple was famous not just because they were a powerful couple but also they were beatiful, the duchess has majestic Black hair and shiny purple eye and the duke has blonde hair and blue eye that was inherit by the royal family so when people knew the duchess was pregnant the new spread like the speed of light and made the duke worry because troubles might happen, and it did, someone tried to assasinate the duchess by just one day of her baby to come out but thankfully she managed to escape by the assassins but until then she was never found and the duke was depressed and lock himself out >

And thats the story I just heard from the butler and my father memories on who I still can't believe he actually is alive.

And now i will be having dinner with the duke because i was dragged here when i collapsed watching the duke memory.

Lise was regretting and think that her life will be twisted from now on but thankfully she loves a good plot twist.

She was all dressed up like a noble lady, a head to toe gown and accecories.I was mesmarized by the fact that i lookedgood in a gown but i still want to take it off because it was hard to walk but, eh cant complain.

And so i walked that was led bt the butler of the house to the dining table where my,no the duke is.

When the butler open the dootr i saw the duke sitting all the way at the front reading papers but as soon as he saw me he stopped and smile and waved i saw him and greeted him

"Good morning your grace i am once again honored to be here" when i said that i sense a dark aura coming from the duke so i thought 'Did i do wrong?'

"I am sorry for my lacking etiquette for i am a commoner"

I apologized and taken a seat at the side of the duke that was lead by the butler. "No its not that it just that wont you call me father from now on, the potion did work right" the duke ask "It worked well but i apologized i dont want to call you father" annalise bluntly said "Why?" duke said and i responded "I am sorry grand duke but mhm i dont recognized you as my father, to this day i only have one family" i smiled and peek at the servant and as expected theyre shocked but annalise didnt care as she observed the duke expression but to her suprised the duke was just normal not until he touched my hand and grasped it and said "I am sorry for not being with you all this time and i promised to make it up for you" "Oh no its fine i will leave here anyway" lise said and the replied duke "No dont!, i cant afford to lose you again" he proclaimed "Whats the difference me being here? People already know i was dead so lets keep it that way" i said wondering why the food still isnt here "that not a problem, you will be known as soon as you turn your coming of age" the duke said that and i was suprised because i didnt know he will really introduce me to everyone and continued "please stay and tell me all about what happen to you"

i can see the duke eyes that really look like he was begging

"Hm, say do you really want to know my story?

"Annalise said as she look into the same jewel like blue eyes
