(Ashley POV)
"You look bad," Millie said as I sigh and shrug.
"I know. But I am sure makeup will fix it" I said as she nodded although her eyes held worry. She was the only one who cared about me.
"You have a full day shooting today. The Director just called me and said there will be some change in plans" she said as I nod and lean my head on the seat.
My head was aching so damn bad and in the morning I again had to fight with my parents.
I didn't sleep even an ounce at night. At first, I was crying about yesterday's event. But then I had a dream. I had a dream of a guy. He was not clear just a blur but one thing was more than clear.
His eyes were piercing reptiles gold ones. It was beautiful and I felt like going into a trace.
He walked to me and extended his hand with a beautiful smile.
I smiled and grab hold to his hand. Next thing I know his face was so close to mine. He was so close that I could feel his breath hit my cheek.
"I have waited so long for you. You are so beautiful, my love" he said with a smile and I felt my legs feel jelly.
His voice was strong and rough but it was still so beautiful and soothing. I could feel my heart beat very fast and my head gets clouded.
"Who are you?" I called but he only chuckles.
"You will see me very soon. Wait for me, my beautiful queen" he said before he disappeared.
That dream was enough to keep me awake. I couldn't get the words out of my head. I couldn't get those piercing gold eyes from my mind.
"Sophia... Sophia, wake up" someone shook me as I groaned and opened my eyes.
"We are here," she said as I nodded and starched my stiff back.
I fell asleep.
Walking into the building I was crowded by reporters but the guards were doing a good job keeping them away.
"Sophia! You made it!" I heard a familiar voice making me stop.
"Hello, Director Liana," I said as she hugs me tight.
"Go dress up quick sweetheart. We have some changes in the shoot and I need to discuss it." She said as I nod and made way to the makeup room.
Getting in I was met with the company makeup artist. She did my makeup which was light and warm. She made my hair into a wavy one, taking a side line.
The theme for this costume was summer love. It shows Fashion fit for summer love.
Once the makeup was done, I was given my dress which consisted of three forth jeans, a beautiful thread strap top, and a hat.
I walked out of the room and was greeted by my photographer.
"Sophia, good to see you again," James said as I greeted back.
"Did you see the new model who is replacing David?" he asked as my eyes widen.
"David is being replaced?" I asked shocked as he nodded.
"Yes. I don't know what happened but the Director immediately decided to bring a new editor." He said as I looked at him confused.
"Really?" I asked still surprised.
"I am not complaining though. The guy is a Greek god sent from heaven" he said as I raised my eyebrow at him.
"No. I am straight. But damn that guy is hot" he said as I laughed out loud.
Finally something happy in my life! I hate David. He is known for the charm and charisma in the film world but I knew how much of a p*****t and retard he is.
Most of the couple model was with me and David. We struck in front of the fans as a perfect match but it disgusts me.
Of course, my family is happy because the guy is both famous and filthy rich. Even more than me.
David has always been behind me. He tried to do appropriate things when alone or in a shoot. I always dread modeling with him.
I was going to reject this advertisement because of him but then my family interfered and created a huge deal out of it. For one whole week, I was tortured by them. I didn't have peace in my own house.
"Sophia! You are ready? That good. Let me introduce to our new model" Director Liana's voice came as I looked at her. But my eyes widen as I saw a figure behind him.
The same striking gold eyes...
"Sophia, this is your new partner from now onwards," the director said as he smiled at me.
He is the same guy I met at the mall and in my dream. My heart was beating so fast. My eyes roamed through his body.
He was slightly tanned, much taller than me. He was not buff but he did have firm muscles enough to make my eyes linger there for a moment.
"Hello my name is Christopher," he said with a beautiful smile. It was the same beautiful smile and the same enchanting voice.
Why am I feeling so attracted to him? I have met many handsome men but why is he affecting me?
"Um hello. I am Sophia" I said mentally cursing fro stuttering.
"Yea.... see. He is hot right? He is perfect for this advertisement!" The director said excitedly as my attention went to her.
Suddenly her phone rang making her curse.
"It's the vice president of the Cais Industry. That David won't stop!" she cursed taking the phone.
"Hello. Yes. I did not fire him. I shifted him to another advertisement... No, we got a perfect model. Yes trust me..." she started having a conversation as she excused herself.
James was already gone to set up the camera.
I was alone with him and my heart was beating so damn fast. I looked at him and he was already staring with a smile.
I looked away from his intriguing eyes and looked away clearing my throat,
"Which industry did you transfer from?" I asked him wanting to end the awkward atmosphere.
"Industry? No, I am not from any industry. Um, it is my first time doing this" he said as I looked at him surprised.
"Really?!" I asked waiting for him to say he was joking. But his facial expression told me otherwise.
This advertisement is done by one of the largest Advertisement industries. And for the fact that the advertisement is for a leading company makes it even more difficult to register a new face. We could absolutely not take a risk.
"I hope you will teach me," he said smiling and taking a step to me. I took a step back in reaction, my heart now creating a huge ruckus.
"I... I will T-try" I said as he nods, moving his face close to me.
"I will do my best," he said. He was so close and my breath hitched.
"Alright. The director gave us chance." Director's voice came as he moved back making me breathe in relief.
"Will everything be ok?" James asked as she nods.
"He wanted to see today's photo and videos. If it is not up to his fitting, he will cancel the contract. But I am sure you all will face it. So come on people. Let's get to work!" she shouted as I smiled.
This was what I love about her. She was confident in us which in turn give us confidence.
"Let's do our best," Chris said as I smiled and nodded.
