Chapter 9

846 Words
"You said we could go slow," I pout with my hands on my hips. Dimitri sighs and runs a hand through his dark locks. "We are! This is slow! I'm not asking you to SLEEP with me, I'm just asking you to sleep in the same bed as me!" I tilt my head in exasperation and glare a bit. "There's like, 5 guest rooms! Why can't I sleep there?" Honestly, I don't have to share a room in a house I didn't even agree to be in did I? A small growl reaches my ears and I wonder for a moment if I've gone too far. "Don't be stubborn, flower. We are in a relashionship now. That means we spend time together. We SHARE a bed." "Okay, but we don't have to be together ALL the time! Can't I just sleep alone? I've just hardly gotten my sentence out when I'm thrown onto the bed roughly. A gasp of air exits my mouth from the surprise of being tossed so carelessly. "We won't be together ALL the time," Dimitri mocks my previous tone. "I have work and you have ballet! That's at least eight hours apart a day if not ten! You are new to this so I will not punish you, but in the future, take note that a good submissive LISTENS to her dominant and TRUSTS him to know what she needs." Dimitri's hard and agitated face got closer to me with each word, so now I stare with guilty eyes and his close proximity only has me unable to relax. I nod slowly in agreement with my new... Dominant. "Okay. You're right." I feel almost selfish for not taking our schedules into mind. I can't believe I accused him of practically smothering me before spending even a day together. Dimitri gives a nod off approval and steps back, throwing his shirt off his body. It was clear he was sculpted, but without clothes... Wow. I stare at the chisled perfection for a while before looking away embarrassed. I know he's giving me a smug smile, but I refuse to meet it. "You can change in the bathroom, flower." With his permission, I bolt from the bed and close the door behind me quickly. God how rude am I? Staring like that. Ugh! I don't want to face him, but I can't hide in here forever. Instead, I brush my teeth slowly. Five minutes later, I throw on an overly large shirt and rub my eyes sleepily. With such a clouded mind, today seems almost surreal. But it is real and it's time to face reality. With at least a tiny bit of newfound confidence, I leave the bathroom and walk to the huge bed. I assume the giant fuffy covers are due to Dimitri being Russian and it's a trend I could get behind. I lift the covers to snuggle under them, but when I do, I get an unexpected surprise. "AAAHHH!!!" Dimitri rolls over quickly and shoots to sit upright. He looks at me with confusion and scans the room. "What's wrong?!" I stand awkwardly with my mouth agape and point to the covers. "You're naked," I whisper. Dimitri rolls his eyes and flops down on his back. "Yes, that's how I sleep. When we are better acquainted and you are more comfortable, it is how you will sleep too. Come to bed now." He holds his arm out for me and I stare with conviction. I want to argue, but what good will it do? Since it doesn't directly effect me, I opt to ignore his comment about me sleeping naked as well. I'm just too tired for this. Biting my tongue, I crawl under the covers and allow his arm to wrap around me. I think it's not so bad, but that was before I'm dragged to the side and crushed up against a hard chest. "Dimitri," I husk out tiredly. He groans in response and I feel a hard poking on my lower stomach. Is that? My eyes widen and I struggle in his grip. "Dimitri!" His grip only becomes tighter and it's just a moment before he rolls atop of me. "If you don't stop wiggling your pretty little body all over my c**k then I'll take off your pants and you can wiggle on it in a different way." Though his words are a warning, I can tell he's serious. Instead of answering, I lay very still and only blink in response. Dimitri rolls off with a tired sigh and wraps his arms around me again. "We'll go over the rules tommorow, flower." I scrunch my nose in disgust. "Rules?" He hums in response and rubs my lower back comfortingly. "Yes. Rules. I'll explain everything after you get a good night's rest." Though I don't like the idea of being told what to do, I said I'd give it a try. Despite the need to argue, I push all thoughts to the back of my mind and focus on trying to fall asleep. "Goodnight Dimitri." "Goodnight Flower."
