Chapter 9I waited until I was in the Metrorail station before pulling out my cell phone and calling Mr. Vincent. Because it was so early on a Saturday evening, I knew the odds of my conversation being overheard were minimal. Still, I kept it innocuous. He answered on the first ring. “Vincent.” “Matheson, sir.
