“They what?” I asked Lucas while raising my voice in disbelief. He nodded, confirming what he had said earlier, and then took a deep breath. “They have challenged the Panther to a duel with all of them and he has accepted the challenge. They are going to compete next weekend”, he once again repeated what he told me earlier and I removed my eyes from him and looked at the blank spot in front of me. I had to attend my parents’ anniversary party this week and that was why I was also going to compete next week.
