A few moments after I stepped out of the house, two guys walked into the villa, “Oh, what do we have here?” Rodney muttered as he stepped in with Liam. They were Ryan’s evil brothers who are managing the Astor’s Enterprise on behalf of their brother Ryan, “I wonder what made the both of you think that you’re welcomed here?” Ryan shot them a glance and inquired, he was already pissed by the resistance I showed to his tactics, he didn't want his brothers to add to his gloomy mood.

“Wow, look who is sulking. We’re here to see the new girl, we heard she is young and has a pretty face” Liam asserted with a glint in his eyes, Ryan let out a deep sigh, turned his gaze to shadow who leaked the news, and sneered, he has always been a big mouth.

“You’re quite crossing the line” he warned and turned to the two guys that were standing at the banister. “If you guys want to see a young and pretty lady, I think that you should leave. I don’t have such in my villa and you both ain’t welcomed here”

“Come on bro, we’ve missed you, that's why we’re here. Mum informed us that you came over at the old mansion yesterday, we were not around to catch so we decided to come over to your place” Rodney explained to Ryan who hissed and got up from the sofa. He strode towards Rodney and stopped, “you can’t easily fool me, I suggest you try another stunt” he whispered and made his way up the stairs. Abruptly, Liam blocked him “bro, you too in a hurry. Can’t you give us some face? Besides, we’re here to see you after a long time”

“Shadow, tend to the guest,” he said to shadow and walked up to his study room to review his plots, “throwing that b***h out of this villa should be my main aim, I have no time to play around with Liam and Rodney,” he said to himself and sat down on the seat. However the ride to my store was fast, it didn’t take long before a “Screech” was heard. The cab driver pulled over in front of my store. I paid up and rushed into my store, Addison and two other workers were already at work and that showed they were eager to push my brand to a great length, they all greeted me in unison as they noticed my arrival. I nodded in response and strode to my office. It wasn’t long after I had settled in my office. I was scrolling through the sales book, checking and ticking the products or designs which were ready when my secretary Addison sauntered into my office panting heavily.

“Hey, what’s the matter?” I inquired glancing behind her, attempting to find out if something was after her. “I’m sorry if I had startled you, but you have to come with me. A lady is at the entrance creating a scene” she explained, still panting heavily. He sprang up from the seat alarmed, “what! Who is causing trouble at the door?” She shrugged and notified me that she had no idea who the lady was. I quickly followed her to the door but was amazed.

“Charlotte! The gut you have to come to my store. What the heck are you doing here? You’d better leave before I call the security on you” I warned with both hands on my waist. She chuckled in a loud voice, “I’m not leaving here till I teach you some manners. Andrew is mine! Why is it hard for you to comprehend? You home wrecker!” She let out and lounged at me. I gripped her hand and yanked her away.

“You better leave now or blame yourself for the outcome of what would happen to you”

“You! How dare you?” She pointed at me with a pale face.

“I’m warning you, this is a store, not a mental asylum, you should go and settle your scores with the man whore.” I uttered and turned towards Addison. “Where is he?” I inquired. “Security!” I called, two bulky men appeared before me, “What’s going on here?”

“Send this intruder out, she is trespassing” I affirmed, Charlotte Widened her eyes as the colors on her face drained. She gritted her teeth and lunged at me again, this time the security personnel held her down and dragged her out.

“Next time call the security, don’t bother with me,” I said to Addison and strode back to my office.

“Such a bad way to start my day” I huffed and threw myself on the seat.

Charlotte had come to vent her anger on me, she has been facing the wrath of Alexa who loathed her for sneaking her way in by getting pregnant for Andrew. “Where the heck are you coming from?” Andrew, who had been seated on the sofa, asked as Charlotte stepped into the living room.

“My whereabouts is none of your business” she retorted and attempted to walk upstairs, Andrew gripped her hand stopping her from going climbing the stairs. He has had a bad day at work and was hoping to have some lunch when he arrived but he came back to find out that Charlotte wasn’t home.

“Where is she?” He asked Alexa who was sitting in front of the vanity mirror, she glanced at Andrew from the mirror, hissed, and continued applying the face mask.

“I’m your elder brother Alexa, answer my question!” He slammed his hand at the door and let out angrily.

“Cut the chase Andrew, you lose that right when you cheated on Audrey and got that slut pregnant” she mumbled. Andrew took a deep breath and sat down on the bed with both his hands on his head.
