Lancaster POV The first scent I smelled in the morning wasn’t the melting snow, or the ashes in the fireplace. It was the sweet and spicy fragrance of my precious mate, which immediately made me smile. She was also the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes - and what a sight to see. I had her wrapped in my arms, her back pressed against my chest.
